1. Subject


This section sets out the commitment of the COYOTE SYSTEM Group, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of EUR 3,368,528.80, identified by number 518 905 476 in the Nanterre Commercial Register with its registered office at 25, quai Gallieni, in Suresnes (92150), regarding your privacy and the protection of your personal data which are collected and processed when you use the Website and/or the services of COYOTE SYSTEM in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale of the COYOTE services (hereinafter referred to as "Data").

COYOTA undertakes to comply with the legislation in force in relation to the protection of privacy regarding the processing of personal data. The Website has already been the subject of a number of declarations to the CNIL (Commission National de l'Informatique et des Libertés/French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty) and is currently working to ensure compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, referred to as "GDPR".


2. Data collected


The Data collected and processed are those which you voluntarily send us using the form for setting up an account on the Website (hereinafter the "Form") or on the "My Information" page consisting of, at least, your name, date of birth, gender and a valid e-mail address.

When you use the Website and COYOTE's services, some Data are collected automatically, specifically technical data (such as your computer's IP address or information about your SIM card (presence and card number) and the IMSI numbers of your mobile devices or the location of your vehicle: latitude, longitude, speed, direction) and information about your consultation and use of the pages on the Website, advertisements displayed on the Website and features of COYOTE's services, at the exclusion of anything else. The Application also allows you to use voice recognition and to access your contacts directly from the Application in order to calculate a route to your contact. This voice and contact information is not stored. Android can also request to access Overlay Coyote (optional).

The Data which you send voluntarily and which are marked as compulsory on the Form are necessary to allow you to benefit from the features of the Website and COYOTE's services (e.g. they are required to access the Website and COYOTE's services).

The Data which you send voluntarily (whether compulsory or not) and the Data collected automatically by the Website are used (i) to personalise and improve your use of the Website and COYOTE's services, (ii) to ensure the provision of COYOTE's services, where applicable, (iii) to personalise the advertisements which COYOTE or its partners offer you on the Website or the websites of its partners, (iv) to analyse and collate statistics on the consultation and use of the Website, COYOTE's services and the advertisements displayed on the Website. The Data may also allow COYOTE to send you information ("newsletters" and promotional offers) from COYOTE to the e-mail address provided and, where applicable, modified by you as well as notifications on your mobile devices.

If you no longer wish to receive these newsletters or notifications, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each promotional e-mail or by modifying your Data on your account in the "My Info" and "My Alerts and Notification" sections on the Website.

These Data are also saved for the purposes of security in order to comply with the legal and regulatory obligations to which COYOTE SYSTEM are subject.

3. Data recipients


Your Data may be sent to our subcontractors in order to send you information. These subcontractors process your data in compliance with the applicable legislation as stated in the first article of this Policy.

COYOTE SYSTEM will never communicate personal geolocation information to third parties, except when requisitioned during legal proceedings, or in the event of the application of a law, a regulation or a ruling from a competent regulatory or legal authority.

In order to manage your subscription, your Data may be sent to companies responsible for managing, executing and processing payment operations.

In order to send newsletters, e-mails, text messages, mail or notifications, your Data may be sent to our partners responsible for managing, processing and sending COYOTE newsletters and notifications.

In order to process your Data for the purpose of personalising the advertising which is offered to you by COYOTE or its partners, your Data may be sent to its partners or service providers responsible for analysing and processing your Data on behalf of COYOTE or its partners.


4. Transferring your Data


In order to process your Data, they may be transferred by COYOTE to servers located in a number of countries.

You are hereby informed that your Data may be transferred within the COYOTE Group to another country other than your country of residence, which may be outside the European Union. COYOTE informs you that your Data is transferred in compliance with the provisions of the French Law on IT and liberty, especially Articles 68 and 69 thereof.

Moreover, you are hereby informed that to enable you to use the Applications, Data may be transferred to another country other than your country of residence, which may be outside the European Union. You are informed that our partners' confidentiality policies, available in our Applications, govern the processing of your Data carried out by partners.

Moreover, if you subscribed to COYOTE's services via an intermediary COYOTE partner, some of your Data may be transferred to another country other than your country of residence, which may be outside the European Union. You are hereby informed that the confidentiality policy of these partners is available on their respective websites and governs how your Data is processed by these partners.

Finally, you are hereby informed that, in order to enable you to receive newsletters or notifications, your Data may be transferred to another country other than your country of residence, which may be outside the European Union. COYOTE informs you that your Data is transferred in compliance with the provisions of the French Law on IT and liberty, especially Articles 68 and 69 thereof.


5. Data security


COYOTE attaches great importance to the security of your Data and takes all necessary measures to limit the risks of data loss, degeneration or misuse.


6. Data storage


Data are stored by the Website host indicated in the Legal Notices and are kept for the duration strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above.

After this duration, they will be kept exclusively for statistical reasons and will not be exploited in any way whatsoever.


7. Your rights

Information on Data Collection Systems


This section informs you of your rights and the choices available to you. A Data Collection System is a cookie, beacon, tag, invisible pixel or any other system which is able to store and/or collect information about browsing on your device (computer, tablet, etc.) and/or your interaction with the advertisements displayed on the Website.

When using the website www.coyote.pl (the "Website") and depending on the choices which you have made, Data Collection Systems may be installed onto your device.

The Data Collection Systems can be implemented by us or by some of our partners.

2. Why are these Data Collection Systems implemented?


Data Collection Systems necessary for the correct functioning of the Website and our services. They allow us to save information about your subscription or access to our Website and services, implement security measures and adapt the presentation of the Website to the display preferences of your device (language, operating system, etc.). COYOTE declines any responsibility regarding the consequences linked to a restricted functioning of the Website or our services as a result of COYOTE being unable to save or consult the Data Collection Systems necessary for the functioning of the Website which you have refused or deleted.
